We used the app to "check in" from home, figuring it would be busy on a Saturday morning. Also, myself and BOTH of my sons needed cuts. The cool thing about the app is it tells you when to get there (in 28 mins in our case) and when you arrive on time, you're at the top of the list ready to go. They took my youngest first, then as two more stylists finished other patrons, my other son and I were seated. We all had our cuts finish about the same time, and the wonderful stylist who cut my hair applied our coupon to all 3x cuts! We always tip $5 per haircut, so the coupons, great service, and value will keep us coming back.

Crystal was absolutely fantastic, patient, and professional in helping my young son to feel calm and have his hair cut. She worked quickly and effectively. He arrived in tears but left all smiles!

Today's experience this morning was perfect! Took my boys (ages 4 and 7) for cuts. My 4 year old had never had a scissor cut so I was unsure, and as we walked up to the chair he started crying, but the moment he sat down with Crystal she put him completely at ease. She had him laughing and engaged the entire time. She even put on some kid-friendly music for him while she worked. The other stylist (I'm so sorry I can't recall her name, but she was young with long dark hair) was great with my 7 year old as well as he was trying to figure out what to do with his hair.
