I am sitting outside waiting for an oil change. The smell of all those tires in the waiting room is nauseating. Quick Lane should be better than that especially for the employees who have to endure it.

Gorno Quick Lane Fast, friendly, and competent. The lobby and garage staff were very friendly and knowledgeable . The service took only as long as expected. The lobby was clean, bright, and comfortable. Check in and check out were a breeze. This is the best of all the Quick Lanes in Down River.

I took my 2021 truck in for an oil change and told them I needed the truck on Monday. There was an open safety recall that they identified needed to be completed but parts weren’t available. Jacob was able to locate the needed parts. During that repair they found a broken spring. Again Jacob and Connor and the parts department found a new spring and had it overnighted to the dealer. Sure there were some issues but they called and let me know what was going on so I could change my travel schedule. Thanks Jacob, Connor, and the Gorno Parts team for an excellent job especially given the situation they were dealing with.
