I have been taking reformer Pilates classes at Body Energy Fitness for over a year, and I love it so much! Tracy is an amazing instructor and the front desk girls, Jess and Brenda, are so friendly and helpful. I have noticed such an improvement in my physical and mental strength since I began these classes!

My first visit to Body Fitness was great! The studio is beautiful space and I felt very welcome. Staff was thourgh in providing me with all the information to start. First class is next week!

I had the pleasure of visiting Body Energy Fitness for the first time and my experience was excellent. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth, friendliness, and professionalism- the atmosphere put me at ease. The facility is clean, the equipment is well- maintained and organized. Tracy put me at ease, she is knowledgeable about Pilates and left me feeling that she really cares about helping others achieve their fitness goal in a safe manner.
