This morning we had a very stressful mixup at a local dry cleaner, our items ended up being at Wixom dry cleaner and the customer service and helpfulness during a stressful time was unbelievable!!! thank you for getting our items to us in a timely manner and being so helpful!!!!

I needed some specialized work done and they weren't sure if they could do it. Being complete professionals. They recommended another business that could do it. Five stars for wixom cleaners, even though they couldn't take care of me, they found somebody that could. Excellent service

Been here a few times. Always had great experiences. Friendly and understanding staff. Ran into a time crunch at the start of 2023. Wore a suit to a New Years party, then needed to unexpectedly wear that same suit to a funeral very shortly after. Called and asked if they could have it done in time and they assured me they could and offered their sympathies given the situation. My suit was done a day early and as always, they've gone above and beyond. Would recommend even a 30+ minute drive to seek out Wixom Dry Cleaner over any other dry cleaning business in the area.
