I've never had a bad experience with Sears! Always have showed up on time and their communication was very good. I appreciated that the tech was knowledgable and able to recommend additional services and products. I knew my high traffic areas were bad but overall my carpet looks fresh and clean everytime! I have also utilized their air duct cleaning while living in a rental.
