Called and got over the phone diagnostic information to help solve an issue with my radiant heating system in my pole barn. Roberts Gordon Infrared Radiant Tube Heater BH-175. Diagnosed the issue with their help and ordered the correct part. Part was shipped the next day. I have heat again and everything is working properly. Very helpful over the phone and quick service. Highly recommend.
