“I love getting massages from Trevor and Miriam! Their place is nice, and they are both very responsive to how much pressure I want and what areas of my body need the most attention. I have also enjoyed my yoga sessions with Trevor, and they have helped me to be better aligned in the postures that are more challenging for me.“

“Demi is very good at customizing your yoga experience to fit your needs. I'm not your normal Yogi as far as size goes and she has always made me feel comfortable and altered any poses to fit my stature. She made a yogi out of a big meat head gym rat.“

“This is a very good gym. Parking is good but can get crowded during peak hours. The gym has a good variety of free weights and machine weights. They even have a trap bar. If you like dumb bell training, then you'll really like the selection here. There are plenty of cardio machines and treadmills. They're located near the basketball court and 2nd floor. The indoor track is good but can get crowded and difficult to jog during peak hours. Few of the walkers and joggers will abruptly stop on the track or a slower walker will be in the passing lane. In rare instances there will be a walker walking the opposite direction of traffic. The basketball court is nice. The court doesn't have too many slick spots and the rims and glass backboards are good. The out of bound lines are close to the walls so you gotta be careful when going full speed. The basketballs throughout the years have been mediocre. Some balls are warped, some are flat, some are slick, few are nice with good grip and aired up. I haven't seen many arguments on the court during pickup games. I think the staff controls that well. The court will sometimes split time for volleyball. The gym has two swimming pools, small and large with lanes, and an outdoor tennis court. I don't use either so I don't have much to say. The gym has group classes as well for additional cost. I don't attend so I don't have much to say. The men's locker room is pretty good. The gym stocks nice towels and the showers have soap. They also have lotion, mouth wash, cotton balls, hair spray, deodorant spray and q-tips. There are plenty of sinks and toilets. They have a sauna and whirlpool. The lockers have their own locks so there's no need to bring your own lock. The lockers sometimes get tied up. I think some of the guests are occupying lockers and not giving them up when they leave. I've noticed that recently. The cleaning staff used to open up all the lockers during closing but I haven't seen that practice in a while. They might still do it later at night. Overall, it's a very good gym. The price may be steep for some but it is a step up from a Planet Fitness.“
