He was called for a humidifier repair, but to my surprise he found more than just the problem he was called for. He knew right away what the issue was… and he thoroughly went through all the details of my furnace and found TWO gas leaks! He fixed those with no problem.He also gave me tips on how to keep my furnace running efficiently. I will not go anywhere else! I am a property manager and M-T1 has become a very trusted alley for me. I see some poor reviews about timeliness here on Yelp, which I have to disagree with. You have to understand that they have to do the best they can to estimate arrival windows because each service call they have is so diverse and there is no way to pin point its length. Stay patient and it will pay off! Wouldn't suggest any other company to assist when home appliances stop behaving as they should! 10/10!!“
