Electrical issues from outside circuit box . The office staff were so nice .Tyler came out and had the problem fixed in Minutes. Very polite, friendly and explained everything. Highly recommend this Company.

All of your staff I have interacted with so far have been extremely polite, friendly and helpful. I'm very impressed with the work and follow up report from the Generac service person. So glad I found you ! ! ! P.S. Rick Stein gives you excellent ratings, too.

10 yr old Generac showed a fault. Scott from CRG tracked it down to misalligned brushes on the generator. Same day service. Helping us maintain the life of this admittedly old generator set with a set of new brushes. Thanx CRG!
