Mark, the owner, is always super responsive, and his team always does a great job. For example, our hot water unit broke down Friday morning, and they showed up right away to replace it to made sure we didn't lose hot water over the weekend. I would highly recommend this company.

We turned off our main water line to install some appliances and the gate value broke resulting in loss of water to the home. I cannot express how responsive Mastercraft plumbing was to our problem. The office staff was very reassuring they could find someone urgently to help us out before the weekend. Steve stopped by and within a few hours, fixed the broken valve and had our main water line back up and running. City of Ann Arbor was also very helpful getting the water turned off to the home, so we are very grateful for the entire effort. All done at a very fair price. Plan to call on them in again for future projects. Thank you!

Excellent company from the office to the service technicians. I had a radar pump installed, a main shut off water valve replaced and other minor fixes. Very professional experienced and well-trained. Thank you for everything Mastercraft plumbing.
