“I was thoroughly pleased by the service that I received at Sports Clips yesterday morning. To be perfectly transparent, my visit was prompted by the fact that I received a coupon for a free haircut as a result of my American Red Cross blood donation. This was my first time visiting Sports Clips, since the shop's location is somewhat inconvenient for me.That being said, the experience was incredible. First of all, the quality of the haircut was excellent. In fact, it was much better than the haircut that I usually receive at a competing haircut franchise chain. Secondly, the staff was kind enough to "upgrade" me to an MVP service, because it was my first visit. I was so impressed by the experience of having a warm towel with a face massage, a shampoo, and then a massage of my neck and shoulders.
