I’m going to let my 12 year old explain her experience first hand. Her dad brought her in to get her nails done today and she is so happy with the great service.
I don’t know what’s up with the bad reviews, they are sooo nice both of them! I asked them for an ombré nail that was pink and blue, and they did exactly that! The man who did my nails ? was so funny! ? I said wow! It looks so good! And he said, ya I know! ☺️ they both seemed like amazing people, and they were both great to talk to as well, his wife was a very sweet lady and so kind to! The issue isn't so much with the finished product as the hygiene and cleanliness of the salon. I came in for my appointment to my stylist eating. They didn't wash hands when done before starting on my nails. The other worker had a cold, I hope anyway, and was sniffling and coughing behind a mask...and sometimes over the top of their mask... at the nail table. They did turn their head away when coughing, usually, but then I observed them step away, blow their nose and go back to doing nails WITHOUT WASHING OR SANITIZING hands first!! That's bad hygiene and terrible for clients. The UV light unit felt like it had not been cleaned in forever and I saw one... read full review
