I was unable to watch while they worked, but my neighbor came over after to say this was one of the hardest working crews he had seen in a very long time. Our deck and sidewalk look fantastic after the power washing. Very respectful of our property. We know if the moss isn't gone completely we can call back for a follow up visit. Very cost competitive:)

We hired MDTH to power wash one of our buildings located near a lake. Mike and his team were able to remove several years of cobwebs, old nests, and other debris from the building's exterior, including within the >15 foot high rafters. Mike was also knowledgable about regulations regarding disturbing active bird nests, which was greatly appreciated. The team left our building looking and even smelling brand new once more. We will be using MDTH again in the future and highly recommend their services to others.

MDTH Services has been helping us with our exterior cleaning needs for a couple years now. Mike is always quick to respond to a quote request and prompt scheduling. We’ve been extremely impressed and satisfied with their rust removal services on both our paver walkway and patio. Most recently they power washed and resanded our patio. Their attention to detail for that project was top notch and now I feel like I have a brand new patio to enjoy!
