Durron, was very professional, exceptional knowledge of his field of work. Was always punctual, kept me in the loop at all times during the job. He takes pride in his work and it shows, you won't be disappointed with his work. I would highly recommend him, and will use him again in the future, I am sure ? Unsure if this posted my 1st time using Onnit. I had a need for Onnit again. As usual Durron was punctual and always professional. He is always fair and polite. I had a great experience with Onnit heating and cooling. Durron was very professional and respectful of my home and time. He showed up on time and explained everything he was doing and looking at so that I was fully aware of what was going on. We had an issue with our AC not cooling the house. Durron did an inspection and determined all of our Freon had leaked out. He recommended a leak check and was able to find the leak and suggested a few different routes we could go for the repair. He provided me 2 estimates that day and let me chose what worked best. I really appreciate him giving me options and not trying to upsell me.
