We’ve been using Maid Pro for the last year and 1/2 and they have been great, they are very courteous, timely and the two professionals spend two hours performing cleaning services of our house. I would recommend them and plan to continue to use them when we move to our new house.

My first clean with the company was not as satisfactory as I would have wanted. I was able to call and report my concerns and the next day someone was sent out to rectify the issues. As a new customer, this was greatly appreciated as I get used to the company and the services they provide. The difference between the 4 star and 5 star review are as follows: as a new customer I would have expected a great first impression, however, I did not receive that. Additionally, the 49 point checklist does not include cleaning of the stove/oven in the kitchen. Lastly, items were marked on the first day that were not complete at all. All of the maid pros that they have sent to clean my house to have done a wonderful job. Very thorough very efficient very pleasant employees. I especially love Janae. She doesn't miss a thing!Service: Standard cleaning
