My first clean with the company was not as satisfactory as I would have wanted. I was able to call and report my concerns and the next day someone was sent out to rectify the issues. As a new customer, this was greatly appreciated as I get used to the company and the services they provide. The difference between the 4 star and 5 star review are as follows: as a new customer I would have expected a great first impression, however, I did not receive that. Additionally, the 49 point checklist does not include cleaning of the stove/oven in the kitchen. Lastly, items were marked on the first day that were not complete at all. Aris cleaned our 5 bedroom 3 bathroom home with detail and quality. She worked alone at a steady pace while paying attention to detail. I’ve struggled to make my luxury vinyl floors look and feel clean. However, Aris did the job! She wasn’t afraid to get on her hands and knees to be thorough. Even our nanny commented on how clean Aris was able to get the house. Well done!Service: Standard cleaning
