“My first clean with the company was not as satisfactory as I would have wanted. I was able to call and report my concerns and the next day someone was sent out to rectify the issues. As a new customer, this was greatly appreciated as I get used to the company and the services they provide. The difference between the 4 star and 5 star review are as follows: as a new customer I would have expected a great first impression, however, I did not receive that. Additionally, the 49 point checklist does not include cleaning of the stove/oven in the kitchen. Lastly, items were marked on the first day that were not complete at all. As a single mom who works full time and in grad school— I look forward to a crew that is dependable and efficient and understands that this is my first residential cleaning experience.
