Our dog of 14 years passed away and after canceling an annual exam and informing the staff of her passing I received a personalized sympathy card signed with individual condolences from the entire staff. Needless to say I was overwhelmed by their thoughtfulness and compassion. What a way to go above and beyond for their patients and owners! Thank you!!!!
We rescued a dog and he came with Kennel Cough. Took to HP and the receptionist said "I'd pet you but I have dogs"..Please educate the staff on how KC is transmitted. I didn't bring him in for kennel cough but to get vaccinated but she checked his ears and heart and sent us home. Care shouldn't be compromised just because you're going corporate. We brought all of our pets there and this treatment was very surprising
Been taking my critters here for over 10 years. Brought my black lab in last week for his regular shots they took great care of my dog and very friendly service. Prices are cheaper then most.
