I waited 1 hour to get a Xbox and still didn't get it it was not the line or employees it was the app not working because I didn't have enough money for cash or card so I tried to use karlana and did not work today I'm coming to come back to get a ps5 and will update here

Went into Best Buy to buy an iPhone 14. I was told they had what I needed in stock, however, the person who activated my carrier wasn't there and we would have to return. We return the following day around noon, this time a different person tells me they have what I need in stock but the person who activates my carrier wasn't there, and I should come back again tomorrow. I protested and said I don't need help activating my phone and I'll just buy it out right, she says she can't sell it to me unless they activate it and I would have to come back a third time the next day, at which time a third party involved herself in the discussion, escalating it. This was the first time I've heard of only a specific person could activate certain carriers... I shop at Best Buy A LOT, and have purchased several phones through them, today was this was an issue.Went to Best Buy in Novi, explained what happened in Westland, he said they absolutely could have activated and sold me the phone, that he worked for Verizon via Best Buy, and could activate any of the carriers, they just didn't want to, which honestly seemed to be the case. I won't be dramatic and say I'll never return to Best Buy, but I'll certainly avoid Westland from now on. It's frankly trash.We ended up just going to the Apple Store at Twelve Oaks, zero issue.

They were not fair to me. I called it Hope's that the Geek Squad could help me recover photos from my old phone to the new one. I agreed to a call back when it was my turn, but I never received a call back, and when I called them back I was told that they would not accept any calls from my number. Because of a deadline I lost some valuable pictures.
