They said they would be able to try and squeeze me in. Not only did they squeeze me in, they were actually able to fully replace the water heater and fix the valves. “Mark and his team worked swiftly to resolve our incorrectly installed tankless water heater that was malfunctioning just 18 months after our new home build. The original plumber installer was not responding and I reached out to Advanced Plumbing to review my situation. Within just a couple days they worked with the equipment manufacturer to obtain a replacement unit under warranty, corrected wrongly installed exhaust and intake pipes and properly completed the installation of the unit with other missing equipment., including check valve and small water conditioner to reduce future required maintenance and help ensure smoother operation.
