From first contact until job was complete they took care of everything. I had them install a new furnace 5 years ago and they did an excellent jog. This time my water heater quit and the took care of me. We had to order a proper sized heater but were done within 48 hrs. Very friendly and helpful staff and installers. Highly recommend.

We were in the market for a Generac Generator due to more frequent power outages in our area. We contacted Wise Heating and Cooling from an ad we saw in the local Gladwin newspaper. Jimmy came out, inspected our area, including our electrical meter and Natural Gas meter location, the Electrical Breaker Box and generally what we wanted a Generator for. Was it to provide whole home / garage electricity or just a few major items. We opted for the whole home. Our home is close to 50 yrs in age and it was determined we would need a new Electrical Breaker Panel, a Generac Transfer Switch, the Generac Generator. This company has done an amazing job to meet our needs. Their technicians are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I would 100% recommend them. Joe and Braydon are great at their jobs and incredibly polite.
