“I Went in with a cough n headache,was nicely greeted by the front desk. I had checked in online so my appointment was immediately within two minutes I was being seen. Doctor came in she was Friendly and very professional and knew exactly what I needed within five minutes. “Based on the reviews, I was hesitant. Here's how it went. I am a new client here. My appointment was on a Tuesday. I arrived at 8:45 a.m. for a 9:00 a.m. appointment. Paperwork was sent to me to complete prior to my appointment. I was called back to the room at 9:15. The medical assistant came into the room within minutes. Dr Johnstone came into the room within a few minutes after that. Dr Johnstone was very professional, friendly, listened to me, and made the appointment much less stressful. I was there for a complete physical and was out the door by 10:00 a.m. including a blood draw on site. All of this knowing that the office was short-staffed by 2 MAs. Prescriptions were honored and sent out right away as promised. One drawback was a slightly unfriendly receptionist but I can certainly look past that when the rest of the visit was professional and timely. Do your paperwork beforehand so it cuts down on the wait time. Parking is very limited. It could certainly use a good cleaning around the office but the care was very satisfactory. Telemed is also available with this clinic.“

“I usually don't review places but this urgent care is top tier. I have gone here a couple of times and I most definitely recommend. Friendly staff along with an easy check in process via their QR code and app. It has always been quick when going in as a walk-in, though it is an urgent care and can get busy at times. Overall this is one of the best urgent cares I have been to!“
