“Kieana is an excellent trainer and so much more. She’s the best cheerleader, listener, and coach. Her approach is holistic and personalized. She’s been flexible to both my physical and emotional health. When my ankle is sore (from a previous injury) she’s adjusted the routine to low impact; and when I’m exhausted mentally or having a stressful day, she includes some ball slamming and a listening ear. I’ve had other “terminator” trainers who were great, and I got results. However, I am so thankful that I’ve found Kieana – she’s special.“

“I've been taking Pilates classes from Kathi Butler, Fit Core Plus, for 6 years. She is the best teacher I've had - very patient, makes the class fun, mixes it up and is responsive to what we want to do and work on. This past year I started taking MELT classes from her which have been life changing for relieving chronic hip pain that I've been living with for several years. MELT is amazing - so easy - anyone can do it. Kathi is a fantastic teacher and it's so wonderful to feel great in 10 minutes a day!“

“The management is just amazing to deal with. They work with you in ways gyms don't anymore. Machines are maintenence, clean facility , awsome jams. Never had any issues what so ever with the facility I've been there over a year I think. Nice crowd. Gym keeps to it's self and every member cleans. I don't go anywhere else.“
