“Stuart was a savior in navigating the challenging world of the IRS. I had a tax return that was not processed due to suspected identity theft. I spent hours, and I mean hours, on the phone with the IRS, only to have them not release the file. After that, I couldn’t even get into the queue with the IRS to solve the problem. I even sent another copy of the tax return, as requested, and still no resolution. Without Stuart’s assistance, this problem still would not have been solved. I am extremely grateful for his skill and persistence in seeking resolution. His knowledge and commitment were impressive and he really cared! A+++ service and skill!“
