The physical therapy ran on time! That's the only thing good I can say about Mich.Spine & Pain! The first visit for my 90 year old Mom was a 2 hour wait to be told that it would be a least another hour, we left and reschedule. There excuse was they gave to many people time off to go to the Shepherd Maple Syrup Festival. Really! Shouldn't the patients scheduled be more important! The second to the last visit with Dr. Blieburg was an 112 hour wait with every excuse but no apologies! The last visit 7/2/2024 was made for 1:00 (first patient after lunch) and PA comes in at 1:45 with the excuse of him being the only provider in the office due to the holiday week!... read full review

Review for West Branch office.Horrible, there is no help there. After waiting 5 months for an appointment to get cortisone shot. there was no doctor in the building, an abandoned urgent care not connected to the hospital.Staff was rude and belligerent. Walking out without seeing their misandrist PA was the smartest thing I could have done. Negative 5 stars for wasting 5 months of my time in unrelieved anguish, minus stars for the Police State attitude on the incompetent "help."Absolutely unprofessional only concerned with their personal power and in-crowd preferences.Mickey mouse fly by night ripoff bullshit!
