I was having severe pelvic and back pain in the third trimester of pregnancy. It was preventing me from sleeping, being able to lift my toddlers, and just participating in any of my normal activities. Dr. Jamnik provided adjustments and home exercises that slowly eliminated all pain and I could enjoy the end of my pregnancy pain free. He is extremely friendly and the office is clean and welcoming. I have been going to see Dr. Jamnik for several years. He uses a gentle but effective way of doing an adjustment. He has a kind demeanor and explains what he’s doing so that you are comfortable.
