Very clean considering the environment. They had a sweeping service, Armadillo that was cleaning the facility and keeping the dust down. It's obvious they care about the facility.

The ladies, Denise and Sonlyna (sorry if I misspelled the name), and the others in scalehouse are very professional and helpful. Operators, Joe, Joey, Rob, Jason, Trevor and the others are always very professional to talk to and work with. Seems to me that they have to deal with some drivers that dump in areas that can make the tipping floor dangerous for us other big truck drivers. They handle these frustrating situations in a very professional manor. Over all the several times a day I’m in and out of there every day of the week but Sunday, the WM employees make going to the site a very good experience. The big trucks are using the small load weight scale. It took the one ahead of me 10 minutes for paperwork. The place is a mess (it looks like a dump). But its the only place in town.
