My entire family has been going to Walton Medical since 1984. We all loved Dr. Crafton and Dr. James Stepanski. I trusted mine and my family's life to these amazing doctors, and miss them both very much. There was a sense of compassion and communication at all time. It was not unusall to get a call or a hospital visit. Since they have left, it has gone down hill. The front desk and phone customer service is rude and rushed. You cannot get an appointment when you are sick and are directed to a walk in clinic. Everything must go through a portal, cannot get a call from your doctor... and God help you if you miss a portal message.. like we are all waiting by the computer portal to hear form God. You get charged $50. for appointments you have not verbally confirmed... "because it was on the portal".... My impression is money hungry young doctor who cannot walk in his fathers shoes with compassion and caring and allows his staff to run a mean and rude office. He has to know how rude Dawn and the others are.

I had to get my blood drawn this morning Feb 14th 2024. Kim is the best in the world at taking blood. I am always nervous and she is very kind, gentle and makes it 100% pain free! Best Phlebotomist!

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
When we first met the doctors of this office for a school physical- they were very nice and caring. But I called their after hours line due to my son having neck problems and they were not able to get me in- but said I could pick up a doctors note on Monday to excuse him from me calling him into school. Today when I went to pick up the note, they told me no due to him not being seen. When I tried to explain what I had talked about with the Father doctor, the son told me to "speed it up."
Will not be back, and I do not recommend any D.O. that refuses to practice osteopathic manipulation.
