I've been a patient for 30 odd years including when Drs. Crafton and James Stepanski established a clinic in Holly. Dr. Nick Stepanski has become the primary physician. He provides the best care I have ever experienced.
I had to get my blood drawn this morning Feb 14th 2024. Kim is the best in the world at taking blood. I am always nervous and she is very kind, gentle and makes it 100% pain free! Best Phlebotomist!
I’ve seen Dr. James Stepanski for several years. He truly cares and takes the time to listen to my symptoms, ask questions, and explain any prescriptions or referrals. I also very much appreciate that he considers stress level and other factors before just handing out medication. The office itself is dingy and the administrative staff can be a bit rough around the edges at times (the strain on the healthcare system and staff is obvious), but I’ve always had great care here. The nurse who draws blood is incredibly kind and skilled at making the experience as easy as possible. My only real complaint with this office is the inability to make appointments when I’m sick....read full review
