The 1st time. I had it cut it wasn't exactly what I wanted, I went back in today and they repaired it for free, they give you one week to see if you're pleased, if not they fix it for free. Thank you!

-Each time I have gone to Mandy, it has been amazing! Whether it's a trim, or a full cut, she always makes sure the customer leaves happy!
-Backstory: A few days ago I got my hair cut at a very high-end salon in White Lake named Randolph's. I left feeling very unsure about my haircut and I personally felt it was nowhere near the correct price for what I recieved. I tried to style it the next couple of days and could not stand it! I went into Supercuts and requested Mandy. I got in right away and she was able to fully fix my haircut! She sympathized with me and agreed it could have been handled MUCH better!
