This laundromat is always so helpful. STACEY has an answer or suggestion every time I am there. I have worked in the service industry for over 30 years and it I s rare that you find this kind of customer service anymore. We came in with a 6x9 rug that had been sitting with horrible coffee and red wine stains on it. It was a Hail Mary as we were sure it wouldn't come clean. STACEY to the rescue … she stopped us and told us exactly what to do, how to do it and most importantly WHY to do it. I’ll be darned if that rug did not come out of the washer spotless. Omgoodness It's the cleanest laundromat I have been in, in years. Brand new washers and dryers did a lovely job on my comforter. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and I will definitely be back.
I miss Carrie- However there are a few other staff I do like. Place cleaner than most places. Yet, no one is there after 6pm so no bathroom use.I'd wish they were more enforeful towards people parking in the handicap area who aren't handicap .
