Tremendous staff and experience. Some of their support staff even remember pets who’ve since passed and there’s a specific attention to listening and caring. Unnecessary efforts have never been recommended and price is fair. No complaints
We had to do the hardest thing a pet owner ever has to do today. We had to put our munchkin cat,Jack, down today. Dr Moore and the staff helped us through a very painful time. We couldn't have asked for better care for our sick kitty. Also Dr Moore showed us so much compassion during the whole process. Thank you for your understanding and help today.
Our Ozzie ate something he shouldn't of and we had one hour to get him to throw it up. We ran up to Pet Authority and they took him right in and gave him something right away. And it was just before closing too on a Friday night .? We want to thankyou so much for doing that for us. We appreciate it. No wonder why we have been coming there since the place has opened. Your the best!!
