    I cannot say enough.... It's the type of thing you don't understand until you experience it. 1)It truly is a free benefit to the community (at the time of this writing - 5/2024). 2)They do not push you to join their church. 3) It's not a free feel...There are some amazing classes/workouts with true trainers that will leave you gassed. 4) The interactions are priceless.

    Interestingly I found this place first and ultimately I decided to visit to the church. Personally I LOVE EVERYTHING THEY REPRESENT. You decide what works for you but if it's a fitness journey, check the schedule and drop in.....I hope to meet you!

    OH WOW. This building is filled with kindness and acceptance. They are true Christians. Not judgemental or dismissive if you aren't just like them. Do great works in the community like FREE FITNESS CLASSES (until further notice if you're reading this in the future.) My husband and I started to eat healthy and exercise after an pregnancy loss. We didn't know what that meant for us. We are spiritual, but not "churchy." Boy, did God have something in store for us! We are still new here and finding our way spiritually, but Mt Zion fitness center has been so supportive and kind. The fitness classes are hard work and so enjoyable.     Love the Strength & Conditioning class! Josh does a great job coaching the class with some fantastic workouts - my wife and I love dropping in here when we are in town. Great gym, clean/new equipment, fantastic programming, and some of the most friendly people you'll meet!
