Technician was knowledgeable, personable, worked diligently, and from the beginning of the phone call with him, he was working to diagnose the problem. He explained everything in detail, and let me know the best way to proceed after repairing our air conditioning on a 90° plus day. Darrel is wonderful and we are so happy that he was able to come out this morning within 2 hours of our phone call to the company.

Called for air conditioning service on a Sunday with expected temperature of 87degrees. I was contacted by Darrell within 15 minutes who said he would be out in 20 minutes! Was met by Darrell outside the home. He was c ery professional, cordial and new exactly what to do. He was able to diagnose very quickly the issues and the job was completed within 15 minutes. Always assuring me that it is a common problem and easy to fix. Now that’s customer service with a smile! Thanks Darrell for the exceptional service!
