I will not recommend this either! Too long to process the tax and will keep you waiting! Not friendly environment! All of them have grumpy looking faces! Staff is rude on the phone! No phone ethics!
This is not a place I'd ever recommend you go. From the moment I walked in, Margaret just stared at me and my wife without even so much as a smile or hello. Never felt so unwelcome... And we called 2 weeks prior for our appointment, so she was expecting us as new customers.We ended up not even getting our taxes done there, because she was unwilling to do simple math leg work to figure out my wife's Pontiac taxes.If I could have given zero stars, I would have. Patronize this place at your own risk.
Very excited for Dixon Tax & Payroll to manage our monthly bookkeeping for our business! The owner has been preparing our annual taxes for 3 years and she is OUTSTANDING!!!! We highly recommend this company!
