Unfortunately their health problems have taken over and they are no longer doing taxes. I dropped off my tax info 3 weeks before the filing deadline and they never did anything with the info. I finally went there and she almost threw the folder at me and then slammed the door. Now I'm late filing and late paying so I will have to pay a penalty.

They have been doing our taxes for a long time and are completely professional. No dodgy deductions that will get you audited, just honest tax preparation. You have to have some patience but your taxes will get done. They understand business, self-employment and retirement tax issues. Many years ago I went to all the big name tax preparers and they didn't have a clue regarding retirement savings and withdrawls without penalties, Dimmer did.

Very knowledgeable and experienced. One year my employer had an error in reporting something for taxes. I received letters from the IRS that had me worried. My employer provided me with what I needed but Dimmer accounting took care of it for me and put my mind to rest. I don't recall him charging me anything extra, if he did it was only a few dollars for his expenses. He would always explain everything to me. He is very busy at tax time so it's understandable it's not going to be quick to get everything back.
