I just had my home hooked to city water. I hired bill's plumbing to do the job. Bill was great to work with. It was a big job as we are 350 ft from the road. Bill coordinated everything with the city and boring co. so we could get it done all on the same day. I also had 4 small inside jobs that I asked bill if he could do, he had someone on it that day. all complete neat, clean and professional in one day. His employees were friendly and professional. Will use them from now on for everything, Thanks

This company is amazing! They are quick and courteous and have never tried to sell me anything I didn't need, which I really appreciate. The plumbers are always very nice and are never rude or a hassle to deal with. Also, the woman who answers the phone is always pleasant and SUPER helpful. They always make sure to call if they are running behind or think they might be early. Highly recommend!

Bill's came out today to replace my sump pump. I called at 8am and they were out by 10am with two dudes who knew exactly what they were doing. The pump was installed within 30 minutes and the area cleaned up. I was extremely impressed with the prompt service call and the tech was personable, knowledgeable and just made the whole experience a pleasure. I would highly recommend Bill's for any plumbing needs, they also did a fantastic job replacing my water heater a few months ago, coming at the last minute and going above and beyond to install a quality product. Thanks so much!!
