I want to say thank you for your professionalism and kindness throughout the estimation process. Not only were you prompt in providing an estimate, when there was a short delay (snow on roof) you communicated well. When you did show up, as promised, you were very kind to my mother and provided several options. Ultimately, after significant debate, we did go with a different company - BUT i would not hesitate to recommend just based on the interactions thus far. Shout out to the sales guy Scott - thanks for answering all my questions and again your kindness/professionalism.
