Five Stars! We had a leak in our roof and zero time to research companies: Monday - I drove past a sign in my neighborhood for BCM roofing; they were replacing a whole roof so we rolled the dice. Tuesday - Jake came to our home, assessed the situation and emailed us a quote with pictures that night! Thursday - We signed the quote (because I missed their email on Tuesday night). Friday - The job was done when we got home from work -- two spots fixed! I couldn't believe it! He even pointed out a window that wasn't sealed properly when it was installed and some masonry that needs some work around the chimney. His company doesn't perform those kind of services, but he pointed it out because he is a PROFESSIONAL. When we replace the whole roof, we are calling BCM Roofing!
BCM replaced the roof on our home and pole barn. From estimate to completion, communication was great and they followed the timelines discussed. My house has a very complex roof with lots of peaks and valleys and dormers. When it comes to home improvements, I usually do my own work as I’m pretty picky about the quality of workmanship and am usually disappointed when I hire it out but BCM did an outstanding job. Their crew went over and above to protect the siding during the tear off and did an excellent installation job. I also replaced the gutters and downspouts with commercial grade 6” gutters and guards and 4” downspouts. Again, the workmanship was very impressive.
Had what I thought was a roof leak. Water dripping into my family room. Thought I really can't afford this now! Called BCM. Brian came out and took a look at the roof. Found the cause was water backing up due to leaf clutter buildup in a valley. He cleaned the roof and gutters. Problem solved. Had them back to repeat in the late fall as I have to large maple trees that hold on late. This will be an annual call for me. At 85 I'm not about to attempt it. Honest evaluation of the job. Not pushing to sell a new roof. Friendly. Highly recommend!
