If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought a refurbished washer from them Monday, they installed Tuesday. 1 they hooked up the water lines wrong, 2 it leaks everywhere. Have been calling since Tuesday to get the same answer if “we’ll have a tech call you when they’re on their way” with no calls or communications.

THESE GUYS ARE TERRIBLE. SAME STORY AS SOME OF THE OTHER REVIEWS. THEY NEVER RETURN CALLS. THEY DISCONNECT YOU IF THEY RECOGNIZE YOUR NUMBER AND THEY DON'T FOLLOW THRU WITH ANYTHING. fRAUDULANT AT BEST!!!

These guys are criminals. If you buy anything from them, be prepared to be scammed. I bought a dryer. They delivered. It has never worked 1 day and I've been trying for over 6 weeks to return it and get my money. The "boss" Matt won't even call me back. Total con artists.
