“Knowing full well that the style, look and finish of the door existed that we wanted…because we saw it on Pinterest…ha ha..and unable to get it at two large door/window distributors in Ann Arbor, we realized we had to go somewhere else.

The door not only looks awesome but the feel of the door…the weight, the operation of the hardware, the stain finish looks like I might have paid much more than I did.
My neighbors are actually stopping in the street and gawking at my beautiful door…luckily I got the privacy glass so I can’t see them!
This company is truly customer oriented as I have had 2 follow up calls since install to remind us that the warranty info was on the way and to see if we had any issues with the door.

“Exceptional customer service. I bought a new home for my family in the summer of 2024 that had a roof put on by Weather Seal back in 2019. Once we moved in we started having a significant water leak in the roof. Knowing that it was Weather Seal that had installed I reached out to the owner Al to tell him my dilemma. He said he would look into the address to verify that it was correct and that the work was still under warranty. Well, Al was not only a man of his word and called me back. He also was a man of integrity and honored his warranty. Within a week he sent out a very professional and polite young man by the name of Joey. Joey went above and beyond. He went up on the roof identified the problem and fixed it in short order and left me with extra shingles. As for someone who was in sales for over 20 years I find it rare these days to find a company that not only stands behind their word. But also provides great customer service. “We had DeYonker cut two new windows into our walls. They were good about communicating and answering my questions throughout the process. The workmanship on our windows was great.“

“3 pane, 8’ doorwall to replace our older ones with a rotting frame. The new windows look spectacular! Smooth, easy open and close, and superb insulation. The color was a pretty good match for existing paint. All for a price much better than expected. Only knock is the bottom track is black, which doesn’t match trim or floor. But we don’t even notice any more.

“I need to replace my deck and Sunspace by Spectrum did a fantastic job. Chris enlightened me to a variety of options, most which were unknown to me. Instead of just replacing everything wood, I went with an aluminum deck and a stamped concrete patio. Results were beyond expectations. I have received many compliments.
