I've been a contractor for more than 40 years, so I feel I can speak from experience that very few jobs go perfect, but its how you recover that counts. My window job had a couple of issues but J always returned my call and the issue was taken care of.

This is the second time I have hired Jay to solve a window issue. The first was in 2022 when I just needed a sash replaced. It was quick and easy. This time, I had a giant window with a whole section of severe rot. The cost and time involved to replace would have been huge. Jay was able to squeeze us in between other jobs. He took the window apart, cleaned out all the bad wood, replaced it and put it all back just about as good as new. The rotten wood was a mess coming out but they cleaned it all up as they went. Any window repair is expensive, but this was much more affordable than replacement, and well worth the 4 hour job. I could not be happier!!

Metro Detroit Windows just completed glazing and re-installing windows at our residence and their work and craftsmanship was outstanding. They found many of our windows were of superior quality so they didn’t need total replacement. They are hard working, efficient, and do what is needed. (There are some big-name window companies out there that try to upsell you into massive replacement projects with a matching massive price tag—that is not Metro Detroit.) Highly recommend.
