Used through home warranty multiple times and will be reporting due to final service. Saying they are available for emergency heating repairs and then recommending to keep the oven open for a while weekend when it is 7 degrees out because the owner of the company is busy at a volleyball game. Home warranty company says there is no reason for them to have accepted that bid if they were not actually available to provide service. Bad advice, communication and service.
