“I have visited PCShards three time and have always been provided excellent service. On my first visit they were able to recover pictures from some old CDs which on my computer were unreadable. My second visit was prompted when I was trying to replace the battery in my otherwise fully functioning laptop. The last screw just would not come out and was starting to strip. Ed was able to extract it and did not charge me for this service. Sadly the new battery I purchased was bad and would not take a charge. I returned a third time to just have PCShards replace my battery. They turned my laptop around in one day after verifying the new battery's performance. It has been a few weeks now and it is operating great. I would recommend Ed and PCShards for any electronics service you may need.“
