Water heater not working. same day service, very professional and pleasant. My only problem was they told me that parts (they weren't needed at this time) were only covered under warranty if I had service done by the company that installed it. I told the tech that I called the manufacturer and was told warranty work can be done by any licensed company. I really prefer Williams Heating & Cooling, over the other company. So please don't give your customers false information.
Its been a few months but need to review before I forget. Great service from the appointment to the service call. Great job. Fair price. And most importantly the service man was ON TIME and professional which these days is hard to come by. You won't go wrong with this company.Service: Heating system repair
I needed a tune up on my AC and the bottom was corroded ( it’s old ) Stephen was great he taped it for me did a great job tuning it up and he had to go in my attic to flush the line and he even changed my furnace filter while he was up there .
