This is the worst tax company ever. I worked with MIKE. Older sassy black man. This man got me audited!! I should’ve knew something was wrong when he sent my quote with another customers information on the paper work and I had to correct him! Then all year we’re making adjustments. I owe 12k to the IRS still!! I decided to come to a company instead of a freelancer for the first time and was burned. Never again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND you bring your hard earned money, well needed for your babies and life likely expense here.

I would run farrrrrrr away from this place , its a tax preparer named karen on their team she is a scammer. Unprofessional and lies on tax return provides false documentation just to get a buck. She charges you to file taxes but only does federal, doesn't file state or city but pretends she does and lead you on. If you as t to get audited by the IRS go here, if not runnnnn far away .

disgusted with the service received travelling alone with a coloured driver made me fell really unsafe and driver did not know where he was going and felt unsafe and decided to leave the cab. this resulted in my owes safety having to make my way home as i walked myself.
