Tae kwon do is a Korean martial art, we, at United Tae Kwon Do teach a true discipline. Our classes are conducted in the tradition of this fine art using formal processes. The techniques taught-blocks, kicks, and punches-will be stopped one inch from the point of contact. This disciplined atmosphere creates a learning environment in which overall physical and mental discipline will begin to improve immediately. The formalities used and the discipline we teach are both aimed at overall physical and mental development.
