Referred to R.C. Lomasney by friends. Rob called us and trouble shooter issue over phone with my husband. This was Dec 22 so leading into holiday weekend. They ordered the part in able to fix our unit the next week. We were able to survive through Christmas and a couple days in minimal heat. Arrived on time and fixed our finances in a very timely manner. They answered all our questions without hesitation and Gary even welcomed letting my boy's(10 & 5) to watch him and ask questions like lil boy's do...lol.
