Today I called progressive to get advice and try to source parts for an older Sloan valve toilet. It is a model that is no longer made with an odd set up! I was forwarded to Jim and boy was I glad to get him on the phone. I explained my dilemma and he asked me to send him pictures to help understand how he could help. We went back and forth via email/phone! He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He didn’t have to go the extra mile but he did! Finding good knowledgeable help nowadays is getting tough but his kind demeanor made me smile when times were stressful! Thanks Jim! You gained a forever customer!
Just purchased a Mansfield Toilet Quantum equipped with Flush Mate.Toilet works great I'm very satisfied with this product.Although Address was hard to spot .I'm a very satisfied customer.
