Sales Associate, Henry L Flakes, Jr was absolutely phenomenal today. I arrived at the car dealership at 11am. I knew I desired another Cadillac, however needed help in locating the right car for me. Mr. Flakes was patient, kind, friendly, knowledgeable and an excellent listener of what price range I desired for my budget. I was so concern with taking so long to make decision. Sandra king was an absolute pleasure to deal with in the purchase of my Cadillac Escalade. No high pressure sales, and very helpful in putting together a deal that worked for me. I looked all over Facebook marketplace and 500 miles out on auto trader to try and find a deal, and the prices they were offering vehicles at prestige was significantly LESS than what I could buy the same vehicle for by owner. I looked at what suburban Cadillac was offering on the way through, and they were trying to retail an Escalade that was knocking!
