Bill was quick to respond, quick to come out, and very nice and extremely knowledgeable. He was way more reasonably priced than several other quotes we received as well. Definitely recommend!
Bill came to our rescue a couple years ago on Super Bowl Sunday when a bat was flying around in our house. He then inspected our house and installed some one way bat doors and then came back and sealed up any areas where bats might enter. Great work, reliable and a fair value. It's been two years and we haven't had another bat in our home. Prior to using Next Gen we would see a couple bats a year. Highly recommended!
Very punctual and knowledgeable pointing out various spots these little bats just "hangout". Couples nights later sure as stuff this little chillin like a villain, my kid names Bailey. I have no freakin clue why. I just nodded and smiled. Lucky, Bailey could not get in the house but just enough opening to back in and hang. Next-Gen set up the one way reverse Hotel California, "You can check out any time you like but you can never..." come back contraptions. They came back a few weeks later to finish up. Bailey the bat hang out was filled is so no more bat sliding in the crack. So far so good.
