Chris and his son came out promptly for an evening call on a Saturday after our toddler had an accident in the recliner in her bedroom, chair looks and smells much better, and I am hopeful that Chris was able to catch it in time so that the chair will not be ruined. I wanted to like them, they sound great from their website & from the other reviews, but they never got back to me after weeks of leaving messages. I called both numbers- the one on their website and the one that google maps has for them. The google maps number has a voice message saying that you can text him at that number instead, but when I did, I got a message that this number doesn't accept text messages & to text Chris instead at a different number. Which I did. Still no reply. They might do amazing work but I'll never know, because I finally just called their competitor who answered the phone and got me an agent arriving tomorrow afternoon.
